Meet Randy
Not all days are for campaigning. We took the California Zephyr train to Sacramento for the holidays and had a great time passing through the Rocky Mountains and enjoying lunch.
Originally from Northern Iowa, my wife and I met in high school and married in 1975. We honeymooned in the Kansas City area where we discovered the well-kept secret that is Johnson County. Later we had the opportunity to transfer here with our 2 children and have considered it home ever since.
For the last 20 years, prior to retirement, I was Senior Vice President for Managed Market Resources, consulting with healthcare clients across the county regarding strategic planning and execution. As part of my work, I have had the opportunity to contribute to industry journals and to guest lecture at Rutgers University to Pharmaceutical MBA students.
In my career, I have seen how constituencies with different starting points can come together to solve problems. We are very fortunate here in Overland Park, Johnson County, and across the state of Kansas to have a wonderful foundation on which to build an outstanding future for generations to come.
It will take the same effort and determination to build for the future as it did to provide us with the present we enjoy today. I look forward to helping lay that foundation for generations to come!!
